Jacklyn Weier
Education:
- M.A. Cultural Anthropology, Illinois State University
- B.S. Anthropology, Illinois State University
Biography:
Jacklyn Weier is currently interested in working with intentional communities located along and within the Great Appalachian Valley. With this work, Weier hopes to further pursue her interests in noncapitalist activity, feminist praxis, political theories of the everyday, and prefigurative politics. In her previous work, Weier conducted interviews with people who identified as bisexual, pansexual, and queer to theorize about the spatial production of a sexuality binary.
