Dr. Gervais received a dual PhD in Psychology and Women's Studies from The Pennsylvania State University in 2007. She is now an Associate Professor in the Social and Cognitive Psychology and the Law-Psychology program and an Affiliate Professor of Women’s Studies at the University of Nebraska.

Recipient of the 2019 WGSS AlumnX Award, Jaclyn earned her BA in Women's Studies and Communications Arts and Sciences in 2005. She now works at Vanguard as a Client Relationship Administrator. During her time at Vanguard Jaclyn has spearheaded various feminist initiatives including The Women's Initiative for Leadership Success and The Out Professional Engagement Network.
