Jan Yoder is an Academic Affiliate Professor of Psychology and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. As a social psychologist, her research interests focus on tokenism and social status, women's leadership, workplace sexism, and the scholarship of teaching and learning. She served as Editor of Psychology of Women Quarterly (2010-2015) and Sex Roles: A Journal of Research (2016-2020).
